Home user, Cleveland, OH (From a home BrainMaster user practicing theta and delta reduction training) At work I found myself more focused. I got more done. I straightened up my office which was a pig stye. Previously, each day I would clear about a 12" X 12" space to work in. This week, I cleared out books I didn't need, filed papers, threw out reminder notes that I could never focus on enough to even figure out if I had completed my tasks or where to go from here with unfinished business, so I would leave them around for "some day". I was working on a brochure this week. I brought it home Thurs, worked some at home, went to work early, put it in the computer. Not too bad. But then my boss wanted to take it home and re-work it - go with a different approach. Well, Saturday morning I woke up early, and was laying in bed, and all these thoughts came to me about it. I got up, and wrote them down, then put them in an e-mail to my boss. I don't think it took me more than 30 minutes to whip out a what would equate to about a 12 page brochure. It was like the thoughts started coming, and there was nothing I could do to stop them. And at the end, I thought it was a pretty good product, whether they go with it or not. But I love that creative stuff, and while I have bursts of it from time to time, when the bf is working for me, they are more frequent, more intense, and last longer - I can stay on that track with little or no effort. |
